Oaklands is arguably the most established home in Chester, running for a number of years before the family-run Conifers Care Group took ownership towards the end of the eighties. |

It is registered with the Care Quality Commission, with capacity for 40 residents - 4 of whom may be younger, the rest over pensionable age. |

Services are offered of long-term, short-term and respite care, of which both nursing and some residential placements are available. |
